Well holy cow ! it is February already. Where does the time go ,you know your getting old when you say things like that ..lol !
I've been a busy girl working on new pieces and working on me !

It has been three weeks now on my new exercise plan and I tell ya they aren't kidding feel the burn ,what I need to know is when does it get easier ,between you and I ,I'm feeling like I got hit by a truck ,not just feelin the burn ,good Lord !
For most it would be happening already ,but I find that us with Fibro ,it takes a tad bit longer seeing we have to stop more in between . I can proudly say I am up to three miles and that is GREAT !! WOOHOO ! :0)
and I can give thanks to my sister for her helping me by keeping me motivated Thanks Lisa !!
