Sunday already ,a wise man once said to me you get your coffee on Friday night,sit down to enjoy it and it's Monday ! How true is that .
So make sure you sneak off somewhere and enjoy your coffee today,cause Monday is lurking around somewhere !
Well I've busy as usual ,but I've added something new to my daily run. For the last five weeks my sister and I have been doing a workout routine,to try to shrink our ever growing backsides :0) Now we both have some health issues and it can make this a bit difficult ,but are going in the right direction .
With the Fibro ,it makes it real hard some days , we will make this happen ! So I have to feel the burn a little more then most ,it has to be done,and seems to be working . We have been use I power walking DVD six days a week and it is not as easy as you would think .Who would of thought walking in place could burn up the calories and tone the butt !! I did ask for some helpful hints from my doc ,and they say with the Fibro we have to take it slower and Ice is your best friend .So after each workout I ice myself down and when it seems too rough stop in between it really does help. We are up to week six and down ten pounds between the both of us,all I can say is feel that burn !
