Wow what a run I've had these last few weeks and I hope it will continue !!
I just finished up another large rag rug and i love how it came out If you want to see it I have it on sale in Woody's Mountain Folk Art store ,it is located State route 12 Alder  Creek  N.Y. You must stop in and visit!

What a wonderful place it is a quaint little store with a big heart ,The owners Mark and Lisa are just fantastic people ! Mark is the Artist of all the hand made carvings ,his work is fantastic !  Here I caught him working on one of his latest piece,Thanks for the smile Mark !
The store has so much more then the outside shows you really need to stop in and check it out .

Each item ,is handmade by a local artists and and displayed so nicely ,here you can see some of my rag rugs surrounded by beautiful pieces .

I love this fun part of the store alittle something for everyone ,even for your furbabies ,they can't forget them !

Every corner has something that you would love from handmade furniture to lighting and stain glass all Handmade !!

Even my jewelry is over there !!

It is one of those days where you would love to run off and lay in a field and stare up at the clouds,trying to decide if they look like bunnies or something else. Remember doing that for hours as a kid why do we loose the simple things in life . Go out today and enjoy something simple ! :0)

Happy Monday Mornin !
Boy was I draggin my butt this mornin ,for some strange reason my eyes and brain didn't want to function when I got up . Well I at least survived the weekend and boy was it a busy one ,Saturday was a road trip to Woody's Mountain Folk Art store  to resupply my jewelry and to see what new wonderful wood art pieces they have been working on .

It was the Boilermaker road race weekend and as usual I had a front row seat ! There were many fun people running this year and the crowd was there to cheer them all on . I'm so glad the weather was bearable for them .

This guy needed a beer so bad I guess he dressed as one for the race !!

So sad we are loosing a lot of good people this year . Rest in peace Andy Griffith ,you were a part of many childhood memories you will live on in many peoples thoughts .
