Remember when you look forward to dressing up in your costume and couldn't wait to hit the streets with all your friends. Every year we would only hope it would be warm so we didn't have to ware a coat over our costumes.




The pumpkins and bags and pillow cases filled with chocolate goodness,just waiting for little fingers to grab hold !




Remember when you couldn't wait to get your hands on all that candy ,but you had to wait for your mom and dad to look it all over before you could dive right in .I think we were had all those years ,look at them I think they just wanted to pick out the good stuff first so they could eat it. I know that is what I did !!My son never got any milkyways hahaha

Just a quick heads up !
I'm so excited to report I just packed up most of my rosary stock and sent it on it's way to Arizona WOOHOO !! A big call for them there .Thanks to family out that way they are they are selling them for me to many of their friends who requested them . But don't you all worry I'm working on a new supply as we speak !! So keep an eye out for the new beauties I will be posting very soon !

All I have to say is Pay Pal and a computer equals beads Heaven !! I spent some serious time cruising the the web and found some real beauties .How giddy I get when I find something that really shine !Here is a sneak peek at what I found ,I can't wait to get them and get started .

Weekend get away !

You never really know how much you need to sneak away until you do it ,my hubby and I did just that this weekend ,and boy did we need it ! It was well worth all the packing and hauling of camping gear to make the trip one to remember. We could say it was like a second honeymoon AWWWWW ! The best part it wasn't too far from home,this is the cottage we stayed in ,to make it even better we were the only ones around this weekend .

The view from the cottage was just wonderful ,we sat on the porch swing and took it all in .

Ahh ! nothing like being by the water ,we were enjoying the peace as we watched a family of ducks make their way to the shore .

and this one walked right up to my feet I could have just picked him up !Look at the colors on him .


I just love the way mother nature takes over this tree was just beautiful and look at the way the roots did there own thing FABULOUS !


Who knew we had company !I never knew we invited anyone,but we turned around and there he was this handsome eight point buck lookin for a free meal. I was in such a hurry I didn't have the right flash setting on the camera so this picture came out a little on the dark side .SORRY :0(

What weekend wouldn't be complete without a cozy fire to sit by .Here the hubby mans the flames while I'm rounding up some coffee !

Well this was a trip to add the the memory book for sure ,and I recommend you all take the chance to get away with the person of your dreams every chance you get !
Now that we are back it is time to jump back into work ,I have some new pieces for you to see hope you like them !! :0)

October Madness !!

Well the time is just flying by ,can you believe it that October is here and all the colors of Autumn are in full bloom . The crisp air and smells of the harvest season consume our senses . I just mixed up an apple cake and popped it in the oven ,the whole house is filled with the YUMMY smells of fall ! We just spent a GREAT weekend at the Salmon River falls ,the were just beautiful.

We had a big rain storm a few days before so it made them a sight to see .We stopped by the fish hatchery to see the Salmon ,what an awesome fish .The sheer power they have just to swim up that river is really something to watch .

While I was there I sneaked in a picture of an Amish ride You know they don't like to have the picture taken so I had to do it on the sly. Looks like they had a few the wagon was half off the curb hahaha ! To make the trip complete we had to go into town and visit the cheese shop and see what the locals were selling .
Now the fun weekend is over and it is back to work .I've been a busy bee making new and fun fall pieces and look forward to sharing them with you,here is just a little sneak peek for you :0)
